Shipping/Product Returns/All That

Shipping: Some products will ship directly from a local Post Office or UPS store. Some will be sent directly from the manufacturers in order to get your products to you in the quickest and cheapest way possible.

Ordering multiple products? Sometimes your products may arrive separately, however I will personally email you tracking numbers on each so that you will never lose track of your items!

On the off-possibility that this happens, shoot me an e-mail at [email protected] so that I can take it from there and get your desired product to you!

International customers: You're amazing! I love that my products are starting to reach internationally! Shipping for international customers is admittedly higher, as I am a small business owner from the United States and don't have manufacturers overseas yet. However, rest assured, your products will get to you and the day I can secure overseas manufacturers, I will!

Returns: Returns will be taken on a case-by-case basis because of the items that are drop-shipped from other locations. With the Coronavirus pandemic, some businesses are not accepting returns and just issuing refunds. Rest assured, should you need anything of this sort, we will figure it out! Please be aware that the U.S. Postal Service is currently strained so it may take your items a little bit longer to get to you. If you have any concerns, again, please e-mail at [email protected] and we will sort it out.
